In addition, she assists clients with relocations, international asset structuring as well as trust and foundation issues.

Roman Böhni advises companies and private individuals in particular in the areas of IT, data protection, intellectual property, contract, labor and tenancy law. As a lawyer and business information scientist, he has been focusing on legal issues in the digital field for several years. Roman Böhni is active in an advisory and litigation capacity.

Doris Russi Schurter has long-standing experience as an independent director on the board of several stock-listed companies in the financial and insurance area as well as in foundations and associations.
