Roman Böhni graduated from the University of Fribourg i.Ue. in 2007 with a Master of Law with the addition of "European Law" and was admitted to the bar in 2011. In 2015, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems after his four-year part-time studies at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. From 2008 to 2012, Roman Böhni worked in an IT consulting company; first as a consultant, then as managing director. He then worked for CSS Insurance in Lucerne in various functions and management levels until 2018. Since the end of 2018 Roman Böhni is owner and managing director of Böhni Rechtsanwälte GmbH and since October 2022 partner at ADLEGEM.

Roman Böhni advises companies and private individuals in particular in the areas of IT, data protection, intellectual property, contract, labor and tenancy law. As a lawyer and business information scientist, he has been focusing on legal issues in the digital field for several years. Roman Böhni is active in an advisory and litigation capacity.
