Pascal Engelberger graduated from the University of Zurich in 1997 and was admitted to the bar in 1999. In 2004, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. In 2008, he completed further education with the CAS Finance and Accounting for Lawyers. After working as a clerk at the Nidwalden High and Administrative Court, Pascal Engelberger worked as a lawyer for Ernst & Young in Zurich from 2001 - 2003. From 2004 to 2007 he worked for an internationally oriented business law firm in Zurich. He has been an independent lawyer in Lucerne since 2007.

Pascal Engelberger advises SMEs and their owners in all business law matters, with a focus on contract, corporate and labour law as well as corporate transactions. He also advises private individuals on succession planning (inheritance law) and real estate law. He represents his clients before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
Pascal Engelberger is President of GEFA Wohnbaugenossenschaft, a member of the Board of Trustees of Bourbaki Panorama Luzern and a member of the Board of Directors of SME.
