Carla Hool completed her Bachelor's (2015) and Master's (2017) degrees at the University of Lucerne with distinction (summa cum laude). In between, she completed a short internship at a commercial law firm in Zurich. After completing her Master's degree, she worked for a court of first instance in the Canton of Lucerne and a Lucerne law firm. She was admitted to the Lucerne bar in 2019. From 2020 to 2023, Carla Hool worked at the High and Administrative Court of Obwalden as a court clerk in the fields of private law, administrative law, criminal law and social security law. Since September 2023, she has been working as an independent lawyer (Hool Advokatur GmbH) in Lucerne and is a partner at ADLEGEM.

Carla Hool advises and represents private individuals and companies mainly in contract, inheritance, real estate and liability law as well as in criminal law. In addition, she supports clients in family and administrative law matters. She is active both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
