Nicole Willimann graduated from the University of Fribourg in 1995 and was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Lucerne in 1997. After working as an attorney at a law firm in Central Switzerland, she worked at KPMG AG in Lucerne and Zug until 2020, where she held various management positions as an attorney and partner, including Head of the Legal Department Central Switzerland and Head of Private Client Business Legal Switzerland. Since June 2020, she has been working as an independent lawyer in Lucerne and Chief Executive Officer of the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation based in Zug.

Nicole Willimann deals with business law, in particular contract, corporate and commercial law. She has many years of experience in advising private individuals on inheritance law, including matrimonial property law, as well as with regard to estate planning and administration including in cross-border cases. In addition, she assists clients with relocations, international asset structuring as well as trust and foundation issues.
Nicole Willimann is a member of the Board of Directors of Luzerner Kantonalbank AG and sits in various charitable foundation councils. She is a member of the commission HEV at the arbitration board for rent and lease of the Canton of Lucerne and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners STEP.
