Florian Fallegger studied at the universities of Bern, Copenhagen, and Lucerne. He completed his studies at the University of Lucerne in 2021. In 2022, he completed his legal internship at ADLEGEM Attorneys at Law and was admitted to the bar in 2023. After working at a Lucerne law firm and the Lucerne Cantonal Court, he served as a research assistant in the field of private, commercial, and business law at the University of Lucerne. From 2024 to 2026, Florian Fallegger worked as an attorney at a leading Swiss business law firm in Zurich. Since 2026, he has been the owner and managing director of Fallegger Rechtsanwälte GmbH and a partner at ADLEGEM Rechtsanwälte in Lucerne.

Florian Fallegger advises companies and their owners on all matters of commercial law, with a focus on contract law, corporate law, and employment law, as well as corporate transactions. He identifies legal risks early on and knows how clients can address them in a pragmatic and goal-oriented manner—particularly where legal issues intersect with business decisions. In addition, Florian Fallegger advises companies and individuals on real estate law and succession planning (inheritance law). He represents his clients before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
